Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that once your order has been shipped, PEAR MADE is not responsible for the shipping process. For any delivery issues, we recommend reaching out to Australia Post directly.

Rates:

• Complimentary Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $100.00, unless otherwise stated in special promotions or advertisements.
• Standard Shipping: flat rate of $10.00
• Express Shipping: flat rate of $15.
• Local Delivery (Manly, Sydney): Free • Shipping or international orders (outside of Australia) will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.

Order Modifications 
If you need to update any details of your order after purchase—such as changing the delivery address or adding an item—please contact us immediately at info@pearmade.com. We can accommodate changes only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
